We accept returns for a full refund or exchange if they are not suitable or you are not delighted with your product purchased online.
You are welcome to return or exchange your item(s) purchased online at www.greatkiwiyarns.co.nz. Our staff will be pleased to assist you.
The items returned would be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, and in the original condition with labels and tags attached, within 30 days of the order date. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with these conditions.
Goods are returned at our own cost and you will be responsible of them until we have received them. However, you will be refunded if we have made a mistake or the item presented a default.

We suggest that you keep evidence of the postage until you perceive your refund.
We will contact you when the refund or exchange has been approved after inspection. The refund will be processed back on to your credit card.
Please, note that we don’t accept returns in our physical stores. However, you may exchange your product within 14 days after the date of the purchase.
If the item purchased online is exchanged, and the one that you have requested, in the same category, is at a lower value to what you originally paid, we will refund the difference. If it is a higher cost, then we will contact you to take your payment details so that we can process accordingly.
Please note that in case of varying values, we will well refund he initial amount and then appropriately charge the new value whether higher or lower.
Regarding the purchase of a sale or discounted item, you won’t receive any exchange, store credit or refund.
